Usually it's "Alright, talk to you soon/later. Bye" But sometimes it's "I'm gonna gooooo... do something else now. Seeya."

I only talk to my girlfriend on the phone.
Me: "I have to go, babe."
gf: "Why?"
Me:*phone beeps* "Battary's dieing."
gf: "Awww. . . call me tomorrow?"
Me: "Yea."
gf: "Promise?"
Me: "Promise."
gf: "Okay!"
Me: "I love you."
gf: "I love you, too!"
Me: "Alright, have fun."
gf: "I will."
Me: "Okay, talk to you later; bye."
gf: "Bye. . . ." *CLICK*

Normally it's 'see you' or 'bye', and with my family or Greg it's 'love you, bye'. I'm so unoriginal. =0~

then someone says something like ok... im hanging up, and then they hang up before the other person can say bye. its rather annoying but thats how it always ends up.

When the conversation is nearing it's end i usually just say "bye" and then move the phone away from me ear. people often keep on talking, but since i can't hear what they're saying i have no problem hanging up.
