The first time I played FFX his name stayed as Tidus. The next 5 times I named him a series of random obscenities that made me laugh. Re-naming in FF games isn't as childishly amusing as some other types, like shooters - "You were just killed by Your Mom". :love: ~Sky~

Rubedo: As for his name, normally something like "Loser", or "Whiner". Amazingly, they were able to pull of the game without someone saying his name ONCE. Amazing :rolleyes2

I called him Xander, after calling Zidane in FFIX Xander, and then adopting the name myself. ^_^

I called him CinX.

Though I guess I could have called him SinX, lol. Either way, it sounds the same.

long story behind CinX, of which I dont want to get into right now. Its not that its embarassing, i just dont feel like it right now.

i think i named him after Squall :confused: . i have a way of choosing names for my characters: Final Fantasy only! :D

I named him Jester, well Jester is what I name everyone, Its funny in DW VII i have Jester as a Jester...

I called him, "Crazy." After me, Crazy the Clown, the Most Unbalanced Jester in Town. :joker:

From the title of this thread "What did you call Tidus" I thought you meant the pronunciation of the word Tidus. Do you say Tie-dus or Tee-dus? I used to say Tie-dus but got confused when James Arnold Taylor calls him Tee-dus in the "Beyond Final Fantasy" DVD thats free with the European version of the game. What is the correct pronunciation?
