Improvements for KH2?

I think some more secrets would be a welcome change. =)

I hate threads like this, They bring out the worst in games... And you all do realize that this IS NOT a FF game... So what is the need to play as ff characters? Do the Xenogear games have FF characters in it? How about the Chrono games? Nope! Its an entirely new series, Square just put the FF chacters in it to attract older people. This game is supposed to be a fun experience with something of our past, I know that almost everone here has atleast heard of Disney, or seen a movie of thiers. Nostagia is the key, as well as newer and cooler FF Characters...

The game was a collaboration between square and disney, so it is to reason that people would want to see more square characters in it. That's only natural. Plus, we're trying to bring the worst out in games. It makes us appreciate the good things more. Plus, when it gets fixed in the sequal, that makes us all the happier. That's just my take on it though.

Well atleast that wud be good if u cud choose will you take 0-2 members with you, but a HUMONGOUS new thing is that KH2 is in real time!! so it has day and night, dusk and dawn! kinda :cool: cool
also there will be those new white stretchy monsters with the organisation sign on their head (so did vexen or someone make them?)

AND there will be a new camera system that will be controlled with the right analogstick (so i gues u can watch the game from up above)

The camera has been improved along with the fighting style. Other imprvements are unknown but you can expect more.

Well, the thing that i really hope thatl get better, is that the worlds are bigger, and there are more worlds, and that the game is much longer, thad be great to. and changing characters, like switching donald for auron, i dunno, id find that silly, like a 30 (i dont know its age) old man, and a 15 old boy, thad be kinda weird. but it is said, that there will be another boy in the game, that also has keyblades, and that you can control him, well, i think that most people already know that.

I never minded the camera much. The FF and disney characters were just cameos to lure people like me in. im glad they were just that. The storyline is excellent as it is. If FF's your thing the group of black hooded men known as the organization who appear in CoM and in who will appear in II are just as good as any FF characters. If I want FF characters I mightjust play FF. Again theyre just cameo and shouldnt effect the storyline.

I don't think that I'd want more FF characters. They were meant as cameos. More original SE characters, on the other hand, I'd like. To be perfectly honest, in KH there really only was Sora, Kairi, Riku and Ansem. With the addition of the BHK and the Organization, I think that problem has been fixed.

I could also do with some larger worlds, and if I'm not mistaken somewhere along the lines I read something about the worlds being a lot more in-depth. Don't quote me on that, though.

I also remember reading somewhere that some train in Twilight Town or something was going to be the main form of transportation and the Gummi ship was going to be some sort of side-quest thing. Again, I have no idea where I read that and there's a good chance it's just some strange rumour.

Some more original worlds would be nice. Twilight Town, I think, is a step in the right direction. Sure, I love the Disney worlds, but for me, Traverse Town, Destiny Islands, Hollow Bastion and the End of the World were the only real ones. And to be honest, Destiny Islands was such a small part of the game that it didn't matter much and the End of the World didn't have any substance to it. It was just a way to throw in some extra bosses and some relatively difficult battles.

And while I'm discussing worlds, I want more of them. Not just new ones (which we're obviously getting) I want more of them. Maybe it's because the worlds were all so small, but I felt like I just blew through the game. Either they should have as many larger worlds, or more worlds of the same size. Or maybe more larger worlds, that'd be ideal.

As far as everyone complaining about that camera... I never really noticed any sort of problem with it. Guess it's all person preference.
