Right then:
You need not be cold, you need not to be warm. You go to pee (Let's say standing up) and you are peeing but you suddenly get this shiver (connected to the act of peeing for ???) and you shiver up your spine while peeing. This however means that you may have missed and left a stain on the wall/ carpet/yourself/.
That's what i think Pee Shivers are.

And yes, i loath them.

Hmm, I have a problem urinating or deficating in places beside my own house in the upstairs bathroom, it's a real problem sometime and I think what I feel at other places is what you're referring to by "pee shivers" except that's all I can usually ever feel at another place, especially if someone else is in the same public bathroom as me. Very odd, very impairing.

Pee shivers are literal shivers, like when you get that chill when you're
sitting on your couch. Except they happen most often when you're
peeing...and when it does happen while you're peeing, then it's a pee
shiver.

I never had a Pee Shiver, I still don't know what it is after reading this thread. But sneezing while peeing is annoying, because you have to hold onto it before you sneeze, otherwise you risk sending your urine all over the bathroom(for guys anyways). I don't think it hurts, but like Earthworm Jim said...something is wrong with your Penis.

I pee shiver all the time.
