Seymour is immune to silence.
The best tactic is to train, It might be boring but Seymour Mortis is the least of your problems if you only have one character above 3000 HP.
My characters were pretty lame too. Just run around by the save point to train up and keep saving to replenish H/MP.
Full overdrives are really important and so are aeon overdrives. And constant healing.

If you have some Doors of Tommorows, just mix them with Wakka there and Tidus in OD. Then, use Slice and Dice(not sure if that's the real name, haven't played in a while), and it'll do some heafty damage. Then, have wakka continue to attack, switch out Rikku with Yuna, summon OverDriven Bahamut, use Megaflare, have him banished, then keep on attacking.
No, Mortiorchis is immune to Silence. Seymour is probably like 50% immune to silence, but he's definately not totally immune to it.Quote:
