I can speak English and Spanish fluently and some German. But I don't count languages I can understand like Italian and Portuguese as languages I can speak, since I only understand due to similarities in the Latin language.
English, alittle Norweigan, A little Spanish, a bunch of random Japanese, ane L337, I fully understand L337
I can read and write some French ok, but if you start speaking to me IN French with a native accent, I get lost pretty quickly. I can also speak Pig Latin and Ob, and Redneckese. I'm not joking there, if you go way back in the sticks in some places around here, you get older people who talk real country.
I wanted to learn Russian, and I was told my speaking was beautiful for a beginner, but I couldn't write it to save my life. It took me five hours to do my first Russian homework assignment. I didn't see the point in continuing if I was going to be illiterate.

I speak english, a small amount of german, very little japanese. But to make my list seem more impressive :D I'll add C++, Pascal, Guitar tablature, piano sheet music and maybe a bit of al bhed. lol.
