Hmmm, I suppose it could be halfway between masochism and the whole parental figure thing. And I'll make no bones about it, I do want to be mothered. I was deprived in my youth. At any rate, I don't know how closely related it is to a desire for a parental figure, because diaperism is all about that and it's actually got very little to do with sex.
