French Fries are your worsed enemy in trans-fat. But Baked potatoes, or boiled in water is good. They have potassium, a electrolyte that helps you run in the long run, also loaded up with carbs.
I had a fried tater sandwhich at dinner last night. You have to eat them with mustard to be really good.

I think potatoes are quite important in life, but so are all the vegetables. I always have a good fair share for my Sunday dinner. Oh, how I love Sundays. But you shouldn't have too many though, 'cause too much carb is bad for you. Like too much of everthing is bad for you.. Except sex.
