What? I live in California and Hawaiian style is served at every single pizza place I know of. Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns, Round Table, California Pizza Kitchen, etc. Where in California do you live? :confused:

Its gotta be the thin ones though, like in Spain. I'm not fond of the thick ones! Unless their Cheesey Crust!

I had a carbonara pizza once, ham, mushrooms, and the sauce, it was really yummy! :)
