It'll only get you arrested, result in you getting a good $hit-knockin', make the girl think you're a complete idiot for starting a fight in public, or any combination or all of the above. Plus the guy is a moron, which makes the chick a moron as well for being with a f#ckwit like that, which means she's not worth the trouble.

Were you making it clear that you were interested? It's kind of difficult for someone to say outright "I have a boyfriend, by the way." Some people might also consider that to be rude. However, if you asked for her phone number or something, then yeah, she should have dropped a hint that she was waiting for her boyfriend or something along those lines.

Not a private issue, just making a point that US$480 isn't that much money in the longer run, or maybe that's just the way I am, I don't know.

The insanity option is probably a lot more open for debate, though...
