EoFF Newspaper

Names not decided.

I run my own site (proper hosted and own domain). But the webpage will be the newspaper itself, so the page wont be in any relevance to the site. So it'll most likely be on there, as I have no limits to my hosting etc.

As for what'll be in it, if you read the first post it tells you all that.

I would like to be involved somehow. But I dont know how.

No problem, at the moment I'm just really taking names down of the people who would like to be part of it, to see the numbers I have. Once that's done we'll start seeing who gets what etc. :) Although if there are too many reporter we may have to narrow it down, but I'm aiming to give everyone who wants to take part, something to do.

I can code on Dreamweaver a bit and I can make layouts, but many people can make better ones, so if no one else wants to help with that, I can.

I want as many people to sign up as they can! ;D so don't worry Rye, I'm sure we'll have some people helping you out there :P

Tiffie, I can help with the coding. o_O Not too great with it myself, but if someone more experienced than me can help me out, I can throw in odd bits here and there. :)

Sorry my beautiful EoFFers. I've been away all day Saturday at King's Island, drove home 2 hours, arrived at 3AM, craziness, but well worth it to see two great friends.

I'm honored that so many of you recommended me for this, and I will take this job with the utmost seriousness that I can. There is a fine line about reporting that I actually do understand. I at one time wanted to major in Public Affairs Journalism, but switched to English instead, so I have a very BASIC (VERY) understanding of how it works with reporting and I can edit well.
This will take a lot of coordination, communication, and commitment. Mine, in two weeks, will be lacking some, as I am going back to school, moving in, starting classes, and going to try to find a job. It'll probably be those first two weeks of school - when figuring out my schedule and what I need to do and when I have free-time - that I won't be on a lot. Though, I'll try my best.

sign me up for something

I'm speaking with Lenna now via MSN, and we're talking about numbers and people getting involved, and whatever. I believe we don't need a whole lot of people involved or interested yet. What we have now is a good starting number. I figure, if we can get a few good articles in the first edition, cartoons and the rest can wait if not ready, then we have started successfully. It's okay to start small, get people interested gradually, and I think it'd be a good process. She's decided to leave this up for a few days, make sure everyone can see it, then, we'll start the project.

If you wanted to I would offer my skills, but they mainly lie in web design/programming and such. I could possibly host it, but that would be a finacial burden I don't think I could handle right at the moment.

I do some drawing, but I am not the greatest. I can write fictional stories, but I dunno.

Anyhelp you need, I would be glad to lend what I can :D
