What's so hard? Download an iso, burn it to a CD, boot off the CD, and thirty minutes later be using a Linux distro. Unless of course you plan on using Gentoo or something similar, in which case be prepared for a long night.

I work for my uni's technical services department. Funny thing is that my site is blocked from the network, while a site like Fool's Gold isn't.

Uni sounds dumb in American accents (But then again, so do most things. :D) but it sounds good in our British accents.

Plus we can appreciate that college and university are two different things. Oh you crazy colonists, your wacky antics never fail to make me smile. :love:

Uni does sound dumb in American Accents, I'll admit that. That's why I'll say "University" or just say "College."

Uni just sounds silly to me because it reminds me of unibrow, so I can't say it. xD
