I've seen that on a program on TV before. Apparently it was a movie cutout of one of the characters. (The cutouts of characters that you see in cinemas etc..)

IMDB. Check the "goofs" section on any film you like.

I saw it ages ago..

In one of the first Star Wars movies, when Luke gets out of his X-Wing near the end of the movie (after he destroys the Death Star, I believe) and he and Leia run towards each other, he shouts "Carrie!", as in Carrie Fisher, the name of the actress.

And the mistake of making a game based on it.

In Lord Of The Rings: Return of the King, when Sam says POTATOES to Gollum, if you slow it down and take out the speech, it looks like he's saying Mo Naked Hoes

That's not exactly a mistake though.

There is one in The Lord Of The Rings the felloship of the ring when they walk past that scare crow then when it zooms out in the top right hand corner you see a car driving past if you zoom inyou can see it.
and in star wars you see one of the storm troopers hit there head as the walk past in one of the scenes .
