YAY saito's in it now i HAVE to see it i love Hajime Saito sooooo hot so is everyone else THANKYOU Nobuhiro Watsuki for makeing this manga
Samurai X has an entirely different feel than Rurouni Kenshin. It's realistic, it's brutal, and the artwork is gorgeous. If it didn't have some of the Rurouni Kenshin characters, it would be another series entirely.
I realy enjoyed watching the anime but have never read the manga.
Question: The main bad guy was Oda Nobunaga right?
No. :cat: Where'd you hear that? Or you just remembered incorrectly, happens :p
*scratches head* Yeah its been a while.Quote:

You should get the manga. The entire third (and most important-that-explains-everything) storyline was taken out of the anime, because the anime ran into the manga,as it happens sometimes. It was made into Samurai X, but SX is alot more serious and doesn't have the same feel as the original. (Since, after all, isn't made by the same people:p) The third part of the anime, although pretty fun, is filler made by the anime production team, and not based on the manga. It's still okay however. You just miss out on alot of explanatory stuff. :cat:
So...get the manga.
Edit: You can watch the anime on YouTube, if you're patient enough :p
YAY battousi the man slayer. He is awsome
OOC: What does OVA mean?

I thought samurai X was a movie, and ruruoni kenshin was the series, im not sure tho. But rurouni kenshin is probably the best anime everQuote:
