I don't believe that it's racist at all. It's not funny in personal, but the fact that he was on television was the funny part.

Nearly all of my family lives in Hong Kong, and whenever they speak English like that, I really want to laugh. Even my friends that live in America that have trouble with English mess up and say the funniest things.
