Wow Surprised no one mentioned jungle boy Gau of Final Fantasy 6. He's useless and annoying (I named him Tarzan).

His rages are crap, he doesn't have a weapon, has no useful quotes, he is just teh suck of the game.

He can be one of the best character if you have spend some times looking for his rage. (Gau + Mog + Strago = Games way too easy...)

The characters that I think are the worst are Rydia, Kefka, and Sephiroth.
