It is a privatized Feedback. I usually make threads in there when I have, gasp, feedback for the admins and Knights.
I spam it as often as I did before it was privatized, so I do not see the benefits of it being set up as it currently is. It also hurts, in my opinion, the amount and quality of feedback that the staff is able to recieve; one person may not think to make a similar thread as another member may, but if they had the chance to read another's thread, they may have another suggestion that builds off the previous one and it also helps to get an idea of how many members support/do not support this or that and why they do/do not.
