And on topic, I thought the guys at the Honeybee Inn were pretty funny. The way they had Cloud in the hot tub and stuff. xD

They were one of the comic relief in Final Fantasy VII, Square made it for fun. You don't have to take it so hard. Plus, that scene is memorable and funny.

Keep in mind they wern't just Gays they were prositutes. They just did there jobs.

Hey if they had not had something in that game that said look here this is funny laugh it would not be the game. You could look closely in alot of games and find the same type of stuff. But in FFVII you just had to laugh at it because it actually brought out that. But that was several years ago before that became such a big thing anyway. Also you could find several things in there if you looked closely enough. Like the killing of hundreds of people by destroying a support beam, or by killing the world because of taking its life away. FFVII is just way to good to spurn for something that has been in it for about 7 or 8 years now I believe forgive me if I got my dates wrong.
