I never post in other peoples usernotes... unless someone prods me to or they say something really profound :( I don't think many people post in mine either. Except Meat Puppet. :p

I do love them, but there are certain things that really bother me. But I guess that has more to do with the people. ;P The obsession some people seem to have with having a lot of notes is silly. That probably sounds really hypocritical coming from me if you don't know me but oh well. :|

User notes are... well, light-hearted at best, mostly spam. :p I don't have many user notes myself. *hint hint* Psy having 10k+ or Kikimm having 20k+ user notes is quite impressive, though.
Usernotes are one of the many forms of torture in this Hell we call EOFF.
I found out they existed about three or something months after i joined and i went to check them and apart from the smillies people love so much i got rather confusing theories.
So i just kept doing my thing and living a perfectly happy life.
Usernotes are fun. They keep my pants on. :D
