Xenosaga Episode II - The Patriarch and Proto Omega. Purely Epic. (Plus You get to beat the :skull::skull::skull::skull: out of a Religious Zealot. Who here hasn't wanted to do that at some point or another)
Lufia 2 - Rise of the Sinestrals - The Fight against the 4 Sinestrals on Doom Island.
Breath of Fire 2 - Deathavan
For now, thats my top list.
