Mine's called Bantam in honour of a dead man.
Actually it's called Blue I think. Network name that is. Although it may be called Alpha or Beta now. I'll call it Alfred Alpha, or Betty Beta.
I generally end up with computers my friends are selling off cheap or giving away because they "screwed them up" (or in my words they just need a format, maybe a few new pieces i.e. disc drive ect) because I am cheap and thanks to my sister have not got a credit rating to go out and buy a brand new one (even though I can afford them) so I get given these old "Dead" computers and fix them up and as a bit of a joke I used to use the old computer names and place "undead" or "reborn" next now I just use my current screen name (depends on how often they need patching up as to whether that gets changed or not.) My current computer (a laptop I got second hand ~ Toshiba 1100 satelite model) is/was called Iceglow which has been a reccuring name I have used for new computers or ones I have built for myself over the years.
My computer is pink and his name is Kitty. Mu husband's is black and his name is Killer. They make sweet love on a regular basis.

My main computer was called "loonix". Then a got a new main computer, and I call it "compy". My Mac Mini was called "mini". My other computer running BSD is called "bsd". When I boot to Windows on any computer I tend to call it "windoze". I'm clearly quite imaginative. My LAN domain name and/or workgroup is "melmond".
