I'm not really interested in IE7. I think I'll just stick to the Firefox browser for now.

The performance tests are skewed because IE components are prefetched while Windows is still loading, so faster startup times and smaller memory footprints are to be expected since they only account for the portions that are loaded once you launch the application through the desktop. I was using Firefox until I downloaded version 2. Now none of my themes are compatible and so it looks horrible. There aren't any I like for version 2 yet, so I'm using IE7 now. All I need to do is sort out the blurry text and I'm good to go.

EDIT: Another good thing is Alt+S is still the shortcut for Post Message. In FFv2 it open the History menu.

I dunno really... I like IE but I've never really tried firefox... so I'd have to try it.. also, I've not heard or looked into IE7 much...

They started using IE7 at one of the Offices where I was temping...and I HATED IT! I can't stand the direction that Microsoft is taking file menus in... yeah it's got tabbed browsing, but it's just disgusting to look at.

Yeah man, no knowledgeable person would ever enquire about the memory usage of a browser, or whether it could support the webpages you're viewing.
