I always brush them before going to bed, and usually before going out, regardless how many times I go out in one day...
once after breakfast and once before i go to bed.
even dough i do brush my teeth very much b4 going to dentist!
Three to six times a day, depending on when I eat, whether I'm at home when I eat or not, and other similar factors.
I always brush not brushing before going to bed makes me feel all icky or something i just got these crummy braces so i have to go over time on brushing my teeth even though ive always been good about it.
Mostly once, sometimes twice. I voted for Darth Vader even though he really could burst his teeth if he wanted.
