Sony deserves to have someone drive a truck into their building.
The Circuit City down the street from me has 10 PS3's.
10.

My friend pre-ordered six so he could scalp them. I say more power to him.
Well, he's likely to get over $16,000 ($3,300 per system, minus the $600 he'll pay for each) for about an hour of work. The people he'll sell them to probably don't make $16,000 per hour.
actually the average selling price is $1,000 - $2,000 each so the person who bought one for $3,300 paid more than even the average scalping price.....THEY BE MORONS!!!
$1000-2000? Maybe for the ones that were just put on ebay. The ones that are close to selling are going for $2500+
Wait until Christmas, some will sell for more.
I told him to save a few for Chirstmas, yeah. Just to see if people are willing to pay, like, a zillion dollars for one.

66 millions for a PS3!
Making 16,000 dollars in an hour doesn't mean you make $16,000 an hour. That whole day, or even week he's not likely to make a significant amount more than that.
The only fault of Sony's for that is their production smurfups, if they could sell more they would.
Did anyone here camp out at Best Buy or even Wal-Mart just to be in line to get a PS3? We had people at Wal-Mart that I knew from school camping out for three days! I know someone who skipped school for four days to save a spot for someone else, he was getting paid $50 a day to save it. I say good idea for easy money at a low cost.
I dunno, $50 for a whole day doesn't seem like very much.
