This is likely some sort of joke set up by the two of them, and Shlupquack probably executed it with the powers she has as an Administrator.

That's what I've guessed, anyway. If Devil Man really was Shlupquack, I doubt that he would have broken as many rules as he has. Besides, I know him pretty well, and I doubt someone could orchestrate his personality. Besides, that would be abusing too much power for a former staff/Administrator. I know you staff have slightly misused the abilities gained from your positions before, but that would go too far, I think.

I was freaking out and thinking the end of the world had finally happened and was thinking of ways to suck up to Devil Man before he had smiten us all!!! Smiten I say!!!!
