Basically, as I agree with Jiro, we are not Americans. Therefore, asking a question about American geography will mean nothing to us, so we will fumble for an answer. That's like saying 'What's west of London?' Well Somerset is West of London, as is Ireland, as is the US, depending on how you view your map.
There isn't a wrong way to interpret the question, and you're free to not answer as well. :)

I'll try my best to tell you a story, though I think it might not really be a story but more of some kind of really long statement that might make you think that it was Iceglow that had written it up. You see, Loony BoB is one popular kind of guy, he's from New Zealand, you know? The place where they really love their sheeps and have this long-standing feud with their neighboring country, Australia. So this Loony BoB, he moved to Scotland, of all places, and has since lived there ever since. He met a whole bunch of people that he knew over the Internet on a forums for Final Fantasy. smurf, he even managed to score several girlfriends, and now he's about to get engaged with his current girlfriend, who he currently lives with. Her name is smittenkitten on the forums, maybe you've heard about her? She's the lucky one who gets to mooch off good ol' Loony BoB...

Edit: One of the best things you could do while playing is use your answer when you're up. It usually takes two to get on the board, and if you are one, then chances are there could be another that answered the same as you. I am very surprised that most of you have not caught on with this strategy in this game.
