More FF9 Riddles

Hm....

is it one of the marshes?

Home to frogs must reference the Qu's Marshes. Being covered in sand makes me think of Cleyra.

I think "covered in sand" refers to the Desert Palace (where you can control someone other then Zidane).....

All incorrect, but it is related to a marsh in a small way.

Hint: Think bigger.

could it possibly be the entire southern continent?

No, I can't. I'm not even sure we're on the same page as to what the southern continent refers to exactly since in the game the mist continent and forgotten continent could both be considered southern.

Actually, I wasn't trying to solve the riddle, I was asking the other players that question, because I wasn't sure myself.

My guess would be the forgotten continent's qu marsh that's on an island in the archipelago to the south. The island is shaped like a cat and faces south, there's a qu's marsh on it, and um, the lady's footing...maybe a landing place for the Hilda Garde? No clue if any of that's true.
