Maybe even four attacks if you can learn?

Woohoo! And... Dammit! I'm tired of making these up at the minute, but okay. I'm going with a (semi) new style again, and I'm not gonna make this easy. You might get it quickly, you might not.

Bring down a reactor and get out in time,

Till the answer is beckoned.

Fall from a bridge and land like from God, (fall into Aeris' church)
A fight in the depths of a ship as it sails, (you fight Jenova in the ship)
Burn out of town on two wheels and three, (I dunno)
Bring down a reactor and get out in time, (you find Aeris after the first mission)
You help a young girl who has just lost her breathe. (" " " ")

Not even close, here's a hint, you won't get it by only using half the riddle.

Well, the riddle made sense with the Cetra as the answer. :)
