There are 110 types of cards and about 127 types of monsters, so there are few monsters that don't have a corresponding card. Also consider that monsters often drop their own card but sometimes will rarely drop cards of different monsters.
If the answer is a card and I get the name of the corresponding monster would you say I was close?

It's not Blobra, and Geezard is not immune to poison so no to that too
The only monster on this list that I could find that is strong versus poison is T-Rexaur.
As for the humans it depends on the junctions and I think you said it wasn't GFs.
