Simple affair to have characters on multiple servers. All you need is a World Pass for said server and to make a new toon using it. No penalties, no double copies of the game, just a $1 fee for having annother character. If you wanna do it, and you have a mule character kicking around who's outlived it's usefulness, then you could easily delete that character and use the empty content ID for a toom in Midgard ;)
then hook a brutha up with a world pass. I've got 4 mules, one of which i don't need anymore, so i'll use him.
