In the first form, he's obviously a blue dust bunny that became a sentient being and mutated into something ugly after being stuck for 10 years under FuSoYa's robes. As for the second form? Well, maybe not EIGHT Cids tall, but Rubicante definitely would be abnormally tall. Why? Aside from the fact he's evil (though he seemed real nice about that), Rubicante was star of the Mysidian Chocobos back in his college years. The fact he got left out of Mario 3-on-3 Basketball was a bit of a disappointment to his fans (unless of course he's actually in there--I never played it much myself).
