Signature - Lovely~ 9/10 I like the colours used, but the image dosn't blend in.
Avatar - Not as nice, so 6/10

I really cannot tell what's in your sig, but the images seem to blend really well together. The avi seems incomplete without a face. 9/10

Wowie! Pretty colours. Siggie gets a 9/10. The avie, well, it's kinda plain, yet orginalish, so an 8/10. ^_^

And for my siggie, They are little round ball thingys. They don't have two mouths, it's two arms. My avie, well, that's Squishy~ ^_^

While I like your sig, I think having the two images like that makes it seem like there's too much going on. I like the rest of it, though; the colour's nice and the image fits well, as does the text. So... I think I'll give you an 8/10 and a 8/10 for the avatar 'cause it looks like the quality's a little bad, but it looks nice, especially with the animation.
