Yes, but you can't just say the cap and excpect everyone to agree. And while no one gets above 110, thats a good thing. So why bother lowering the cap? Also, with Lock and edger, moreso edgar, it looks like it might happen. And keeping at 130 like you originally did, it keeps them from getting to high while keeping it above their starting life, and no one had a problem with 130 at this point, so that is where it stays.
