To be honest, even if they guess what's going on before it's all over, I'll still be happy. I mean, it's ten times better to have something that the members are unsure about rather than just, you know, make a fake staff forum and pretend we didn't realise it. Or post as banned members. I mean, really. :p
Also, I think we shouldn't re-Knight Kishi, just re-member-ise him. In other words make him a Secret Squirrel. That way we could say "He's been punished. He got demoted, that's punishment. He didn't get away with it, as he's no longer a Knight."
I think maybe reknight first, then squirrel the second time he's unbanned, or the other way round, whichever works better, might be nicer :p

2) Big D, Daryl and Leeza all step down as they feel it was banworthy, and that staff has too many bad issues going on, what with not listening to Big D, elitism, the posting in closed threads and the staff abusing powers.
3) 'Stuff' follows.
4) Roogle closes Feedback.
5) Del Murder and Yams step down.
6) eest and foa are Knighted to fill the gap.

The problem I have with scenario 2 is that some people might believe it, or at least believe it's possible, or even accept it just 'cause they want Kishi back. I'd rather stir up more controversy than lessen it, so I say we go this route, if everyone approves:
Last night I came on to find that the Kishi discussion was going on when Daryl came right in said something like "No way, that's clearly over the line. *ban*" I re-opened the discussion saying he should not be banned for... whatever reason. I gave staff members last night to respond, and because so many opinions are wavering on the subject, as re-Knight him as soon as I log on. You could even say I actually called Sean and asked if I could re-Knight him or something; saying it's not fair because Sean doesn't really know the situation.
Something like that. I'm gonna re-Knight Kishi now and get in the shower.
