No vyk, i tried putting it on and it said it's way too big your image is 6235K It won't let me have it

Hmmm, look at it, it's not animated anymore, it won't take it that way! Anyway, I'm not sure if this is the right thread but I need help trying to Make my own sigs, how do you animate, change colors, such as that, the only thing I've found out is how to change the color of a pic. Please someone help me out and I'm trying to make my own sig with this pic http://www.todaysteenmag.com/aaliyah.gif
