When I was 4 or 5, I wanted to be a Knight. :-P When I got older I wanted to be a game designer, and I still do want to.
I wanted to be a train driver and then got told I couldn't because I was colourblind and then I had a broken depressed childhood with no dreams to live for. :(

for some reason, when i think back to the first/second grade - a police officer. i don't know absolutely why, but that is at the bottom of my list of career preferences now.
5-12 years - wanted to be a game designer
12-16 years - wanted to surpass The Beatles with my band, a band which actually was very good
16~ years - clueless :p
I wanted to be a police officer when I was really young. Unfortunately I stole a peanut from the local supermarket and had to rethink my options
As far as I remember I wanted to be a professional drawer/artist when I was a kid. I still kinda do, but the level of my ambitions have gone down quite a bit.

First, I wanted to be an architect. Then, I wanted to be a pilot in the Air Force.
I remember my mother telling me a story from when i was little, and we were talking in a cab. and i said sumthing about wanting to be a surgeon, so i can could "cure" my mother when her heart stopped... god i hated that story!
