Try waking up every 3 hours.... Good thing my youngest is past that phase. She still wakes up pretty early though: 5:30, 6ish... And her siblings sometimes wake me up in the middle of the night with a bad dream

6:15-nish :(
I have to be up 5:45-6:00 AM every school day. :[
I have to wake up at 5:15-5:30am
10 am now. When I decide to carry on with my life, 8 am.
7:30 for school
5:20 =/
School used to start for me at 6:30, but now that first semester is over, it's 7:30.
That means I roll out of bed at 6:45. It used to be 5:00. ;__;
My Health and Social teacher was telling me today, that there is something to do with hormones in your brain that stop teenagers from working well if you get up to early in the morning (regardless of what time you went to bed the previous night). They reckon that teenagers should start working around 10am ish for this is the optium time and i thinkk the British Government are taking this into consideration and maybe changing the time Schools start.
but anyhoo, i get up at 7 and feel like the walking dead in the mornings, so anything before then would pretty much kill me :p
-Gull-
Bloody hell. I thought 7am was bad xD
I wake up at 7am, Im out for 8:15am and my bus is about 8.20/25am
It takes me a while :(
Well, it used to be 7:45, but even that proved too early for my sleep habits. Now I get up at 9:00 for school; I have a spare in the morning.
6:40 a.m.
Lucky I'm a morning person.
When I'm at placement on the hopsital:
Early shift: 5.45-6.45 (depending onif it is a 7 or an 8 o'clock start)
Late shift: 11am
Night shift: about 4pm
Uni:
7.30
The fun part of my job is I can have all three of these shift patterns in one week plus uni... thus the reason my body is in a permenant state of jet lag. Being a student midwife is fun!
:kaoyatta:
Currently, I wake up an 7:20am for school. Usually, everything I need for school is already in my room, such as my backpack, books, clothing, coat, shoes, etc. so I only take about 10 minutes to get ready.
Then I'm out the door at exactly 7:52am, because I figured out through trial and error that that is the latest I can leave the house at and still catch the bus (on average).
When people at my school tell me they wake up at 6:30, 6, 5:30 etc. I cannot even begin to wrap my head around it. Getting up at 7:20 is almost murder for me
I used to have to be at work at 4am so i changed jobs now its anywhere between 7am to 7pm start time
