Why did you join EoFF?

I used the main bit for help with FFIV, found the forums, lurked for aaaaaaaaaages and then I wanted to make a post about something, can't remember what.

I was bored.

I wanted to help people out who were stuck on FF Games.

me too, and then it looked pretty interesting, so i joined, its my first forum xD

Because it was a Final Fantasy site, I think. And I was seriously bored on the Internet, so I wanted something to get addicted to. So after looking at the front site, I decided to join the forums.

And look how I am now. :bigsmile: xD

I was searching the net for an FFVII walkthrough in early 06 & stumbled on EoFF. Never bothered joining the forum at that time. When I bought FFXII I went looking for a side quest walkthrough & again found EoFF & kept revisiting the site for side quest stuff & one day just decided to join the forum.

I used to be part of a forum called Absolute Playstation about 4 or 5 yrs ago. Was an active member for a yr of so then complicated life stuff got in the way so didn't really do much of anything for a while. Went looking for it recently found it was gone. I thought EoFF could fill that void & it did:D

It gives me a chance to talk about the sloppy joe thread in the archives.

That's the reason I joined, the sloppy joe thread, they're a MAN'S sandwhich! :razz:

Same reason as mine.

I finally learnt what a forum was and decided to search for some on my personal interests

Well, i've been coming here since I was like 10 for FF news, and some time ago, I decided to sign up.

Think I was looking for news about FF8 at the time :p Think that's how the site started innit? Hence its name.

I was likely registered as 'derykl' or something at the time.
