For me it wouldn't really matter what picture it is. If you replaced that picture with a picture of a flower I'd probably jump equally high. Assuming the screaming and suddenness is still there, of course.

It was funny for me, because my PC was lagging, and I saw the picture come up, but no sound. Unfortunately I was too slow to close it before the scream, but the entire thing wasn't all that sudden for me, and I just laughed. :D
