well, considering my laptop doesnt really have anything on it....

Mine are:

Firefox (ver2 I refuse to upgrade to 3 it'll mess with my work as a game dev atm due to tunnelling, yes I know I can turn that off but why should I when 2 works fine and doesn't need tuning?)
MSN Messenger
Mirc (according to the annoying msg window on start up I've had it over 400 days without registering, oh noes!)
Notepad
Windows Media Player (I just like using it for simplicity and the media player tool bar and translucent windows)
Open Office Writer
Open Office spreadsheet program
Photoshop 7 (I need to upgrade this I know, CS2 is easily acquired these days)
