I don't think you have much room to talk.
Neither is Ben 10.
As for myself, I'm really into Sakura Taisen right now. I dunno if I'd call it a favorite yet, but I'm enjoying it immensely.

Ga Rei ~Zero~ was good~
Hmmm, right now my current shounen (because I always have one going on) is Fairy Tale and I am really enjoying it so far, but once it gets the 100th episode, I will probably become bored with it like every other shounen out there. :/ I hope not, but meh.
Currently I am watching Shiki and Occult Academy as well. Seems good so far.
As for favourites, mine include (but do not exclude):
Sailor Moon
Natsume Yuujinchou
Shounen Onmyouji
Loveless
Zegapain
Kyou Kara Maoh!
Ouran
and more...
Depends on my mood and the genres.
Oh my God are these actual names of television shows? Did they just throw darts at a dictionary?Quote:
I just finished Elfen Lied, and now I'm working on three at once, Samurai Champloo, Blood+, and Pandora Hearts.
I don't like anime nearly as much as many people seem to think I do. I don't have any problem with it and there's anime I really like - Moldiver, Ah! My Goddess, Bubblegum Crisis - but I'm really not very into it as a whole.
Yooooooooommmiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!! =O
(SPOILER)
...why does it always have to be my favourites? :greenie:
Elfen Lied isn't actually supposed to be in english, but some other language in which "lied" means "song", and thus Elfen Lied = "Elven Song" or something along those lines, which isn't really a bad title. As for the others, I agree. Though they are far from the worst ones.
I mean... as much as I love the Visual Novel which the anime is based on and its awesome characters, the title "Fate/Stay Night" is simply so terrible it's embarrassing.
...it's far safer to judge animes by their front-covers than by their titles.:greenie:
A....ki....ra
Because people are retards? Nor just because it is on one anime site does it prove anything. Try searching "Ben 10" on MyAnimeList (MAL) and you get nothing. Your point is moot.
Anime, in general, refers to Japanese animation. There are more current trends to include anime-style or Asian influenced animations too, but for the most part the fandom doesn't recognize them as such.
Ben 10 is not anime byanymost standards. I would say Avatar: The Last Airbender is anime before Ben 10.
Damnit, I always do that. There is something natural and ingrain about writing "Fairy" and "Tale". :s
Now watching Macross Frontier. I'm a little obsessed. :(
I finished all of the Sakura Taisen anime/OVAs recently, and finished Gunbuster yesterday. I'm watching Diebuster now, and I'm loving it. :D
I was watching some videos on YT about a program called Full metal panic, and i was really getting into it! I've never really got into animes, the last animes i fully watch was the first few sesons of pokemon.
I think I'm like a few people in this thread in which I use to like it more than I do now. If I come across something good though, i'll watch it. But nothing seems that interesting to me of late.
