Ironmans are insane. My uncle used to do them a long time ago, and he is in incredible shape (he was still doing smaller triathlons at 50+).
Probably the only physical thing I've done stupid lately is playing basketball when my knee was hurting, resulting in me having difficulty walking the next couple of days.

I don't usually do things against my better judgement because I know when I do I end up being right about it not being good for me and therefore I usually know better than to have every inch of my gut instincts telling me "this is wrong" and to then go "but I'm gonna do it anyhow"
Finished up the dishes during a thunderstorm. Wasn't a good idea as there are safety hazards, but I wanted to get them done, so I was willing to risk it.
I tried to drive into San Francisco during Gay Pride weekend. MADNESS!
Stuck in traffic along the main parade route for like an hour. Massive swarms of scantily clad people everywhere.
