Correct, and they have the Legacy Account icon at the character selection screen.
And we have a Legacy tattoo on our characters. :D
FYI: With new Google Doc Revision History, and teh ability to make backups, I have gone ahead and opened this up to everyone to be able to make edits to the roster. Please alert me if someone ruins the fun and deletes a bunch of stuff. I'll restore the content and limit the roster again.

Google Drive plugins, but there's a revision history built in. So, I just plan to make periodic copies manually.
