FFVI mobile port looks gross

I really hope none exist yet.

I did a bit of a search but it doesn't look like anyone has uploaded anything yet. I'm not sure anyone has been able to stomach it long enough.

I doubt they got to that part yet, honestly.

Maybe no one will be able to stomach playing the remake for long enough to get to it. It's possible.

Seriously, this pisses me off enough to promote Stand Guard.

I rewrote the SNES version and you can put it on any SNES emulator you want and play the dang game the way it was meant to be played...please support the official release, but hey, I worked on the thing for two years. You won't find any typos like that in my script! :3

Looks like the re-release of Final Fantasy VIII to me. That's clearly Rinoa falling into the arms of Squall.

I was nosing through the Google Play Store last night, and I saw FFVI. In my sleepy state I took a look at the game, saw the screenshots and wept myself to sleep.

I was under the impression Square outsourced this.

Honestly, I don't think it looks that bad. It's not great, but it's not terrible either. But either way I won't be purchasing it because I just can't get into the whole mobile gaming thing. So, /shrug

I love this game, but there is nothing here I'm interested in. This version looks too much like a regression than a progression. :yuck:

I wouldn't mind a 3D version similar to the remake of FFIV for DS. Keep the character models cute though.

I actually don't mind the way it looks so much... Then again, I liked the FFV remake as well... That's the wonder of the world, everyone having there own opinions on the matter... I have more beef with the fact that they released it on android, and not iOS at the moment, with no ETA on it. I also find it odd, not a single screenshot of any of the high res summons.

Alright, I'm going out on a limb and picking it up. I'll post some screenshots as I play through. If anyone wants to see specific screen shots, let me know.

I'm in the same boat, really. Even if the game was amazingballs I wouldn't be getting it because my phone can't play games, and I'm not interested in one that can play games.
