Final Fantasy IX is a really neat game.
Final Fantasy VIII is just so much fun to play.
But Final Fantasy VII left an impact that never faded.

I refuse to vote. If I were to vote for Final Fantasy VII, that would imply I thought the others stood a chance. Which is an insult because VII wipes the floor with them. :smug:

Final Fantasy IX, admittedly, didn't really offer very much that was new to the series. It's a little formulaic, and much of it is comprised of rehashed bits from older games, whereas VII and VIII were more innovative. These reasons are part of why I love the game, though. It's a love letter to a series that I love, so naturally I'm going to love the love letter itself.
Is that it then? Did FFVII win?
Looks like FFVII won! It was a close race, however!
