I don't know anything beyond my grandfather, who was Australian. My mother is half-Oz and half Chinese thanks to my Grandmother. My father was Chinese.
So that makes me 3/4ths Chinese 1/4th Australian.

Wow, it makes me happy to see what a diverse community we have here. :)
Well, I don't think you can be "1/3" something...unless there was some possible infidelity. :) Even then though, I don't think you can. Think "even" in terms of possible mixes.Quote:

I don't see why people make so much of a claim to some ethnicity from around the world...we all came from one original ethnicity anyways.

Accoridng to my Mother, slightly Viking because my Granda has this disease? with his hand which is only carried in the viking genes.
My family used to be catholic at some point in history, so, sorry to be judgmental but perhaps that could be Irish?
And, wishful thinking probably but in the extended family we have a surname of 'Goodfellow', maybe I have gangster blood, I don't know.
And we had 'Stevenson', and since I am from Newcastle I used to wonder if we were any relation to anybody famous from the Victorian era, but I doubt it!
I'm English, German, Irish, and Scottish. Or just American.
I'm a mut like pretty much everyone else in the US. Lebanese last name from my dad's side, English, and smurf knows what else.
my dad's side is pretty much all Irish, although I'm the 4th generation in the US.
my mom's side is mostly German with some English in there too, probably the 5th or 6th generation in the US.
