Unknown, you'd be best not to take his Ellone being a machine and all that as anything remotely serious. Although he may find it fits somehow in his warped mind, i's certainly nothing any sane person should consider.

They were basically raised as siblings. Raine was Squall's mother. Raine also adopted Ellone. Laguna is Ellone's "Uncle" and Squall's father. If they're not siblings, they're damn close to it. If a family with only a son adopted a girl, I'm pretty sure the son and daughter wouldn't fall in love, nor should they.
