That whole "trying to explain your actions" thing is probably a big part of your problem. Pick one person on staff to be the cranky, seemingly ban-hungry ogre, and have him or her take care of all that. I don't know how you can get along without one. - Dr Unne

RSL should do it. Then when people get annoyed with him and start making locked LJ entries about him just post the picture of him with Eeyore on his head and all will be forgiven. Then start the cycle over again.
