Lead Singer: Irvine 'cause he seems the charismatic frontman, probably not the best singer but oh well. The ladies love him!
Lead Guitarist: Zidane for his quick fingers, what with him being a thief and all.
Bass: Locke for the same reason
Drummer: Tifa for fast yet powerful beats

Rock (Garbage-style): Aeris and Tifa, probably in a duet
