I'd probably save it for a time where I really need it, like when I'm assaulted, robbed or when someone I care about has been seriously harmed (killed, raped, etc). How? Using whatever is available to me at the moment.

I'd have no qualms about killing someone who deserved it, in my eyes. I don't think I'll fit in well in prison, though... so legal killing would certainly be my thing. :D
